Judith E. Glaser is an Organizational Anthropologist. Judith is the founder and CEO of Benchmark Communications, Inc., and the Chairman of The Creating WE Institute with over thirty-five years of business experience working with CEOs and their teams in establishing WE-centric cultures poised to strategically handle business challenges in the face of moving targets. Her transformational approaches using neuroscience and anthropology enable leaders to raise their Conversational Intelligence® and build teams of agile and high performing individuals poised to impact the bottom line and top line results in their organizations.
In 2014 Judith partnered with Ben Croft, CEO of WBECS, to launch Conversational Intelligence for Coaches®, a certification program attended by over 2,400 coaches globally.
Judith work has been acknowledged by many organizations. In 2017 Marshall Goldsmith’s Top Coaches Project selected Judith as one of the top 15 Coaches in the world. In 2016 Conversational Intelligence® was selected by INC, Magazine as one of the top 5 business trends of the year. Since 2006 she has been listed as one of the top 10 consultants globally in Excellence, Top 100 Consultants and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Thought Leaders globally on the subject of leadership.
In 2004 Judith was awarded Woman of the Year in New York City by SmartCEO. 2006 saw her inducted into the Temple University Gallery of Success, and in 2011 Judith was awarded the Drexel University Distinguished Alumni Award. Judith is also a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
Judith was awarded a Research Fellowship from Drexel University, where she earned a master’s degree in human behavior and development with additional work at the Bales School of Social Research at Harvard and University of Pennsylvania. She earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Temple University and received a master’s certificate in corporate and political communications from Fairfield University.
Judith has served as an Adjunct Professor at Wharton, visiting guest speaker at Harvard, MIT, Kellogg, Loyola, University of Chicago, NYU, IIT, University of Stellenbosch, Etisalat Academy in Dubai, Tsinghua University in China and others. She serves on the Boards of The We Are Family Foundation and Expeditionary Learning.
She has appeared on CBS Morning News with Charlie Rose & Gayle King, NBC’s Today Show, ABC World News, The Fox News Channel, The Martha Stewart Show and the Family Network talking about We-Centric Leadership and Cultural Transformation. Rebecca Hahn, founder of Minding Your Business is committed to guiding leaders and their teams toward systemic change and growth. Her intention is to develop leaders and teams who share a passion to make a difference in their organizations and their lives so they can embody their most powerful and authentic SELF. Most notably clients develop the “it” factor merging razor sharp intuition, illuminated leadership and deep connection with others in a thriving spirit of co-innovation. With a Master Degree in Somatic Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy and over three decades of fieldwork, consulting and development in the areas of mindfulness/spirituality, neuroscience, whole brain learning, design thinking strategies, creativity and neuro-innovation her work is truly rooted in a fully embodied approach to transformation. Rebecca has developed and led national trainings in the science of spirituality, yoga and meditation. She is a professor of Human Development a speaker and national consultant. She has developed groundbreaking trainings in the areas of Trust, creativity and innovation and mindfulness. One of her greatest passions is working in the field Education and whole school transformation. Her favorite moments in life are when she is fully present and deeply connected to her clients and teams in the co-creative process.

As President of TeamWide Solutions, Rhonda provides leadership development through one-on-one coaching, directional consulting, training, assessments, and facilitating to a diverse client base including CEO’s, business owners, senior-level business managers, PhD’s, MD’s, MBA candidates, and organizational teams. Rhonda’s experience in coaching leaders and developing their teams provides guidance and instruction on ways to grow trust among team members, improve collaboration, and increase productivity.
At all levels, Rhonda’s clients know that they have an objective sounding board and trusted advisor who allows them to freely explore ideas while offering direct and candid feedback. She partners with leaders in launching organizational change initiatives and fine tuning their impact on their management team and other staff members. Current and previous clients value Rhonda’s direct coaching methods and holding the clients accountable in making the desired and necessary changes required for success. Rhonda earned a Master’s of Science in Executive Coaching (MSEC) from Queens University of Charlotte. She has additional coach training with Coach U, an internationally acclaimed training program for professionals in the coaching field. She also holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC), an advanced coaching designation awarded by the International Coach Federation. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), by the Center for Education and Credentialing. Rhonda is certified in Conversational Intelligence by the CreatingWE Institute, She is trained and certified in a variety of assessments. Rhonda holds a Business Administration Degree from Western Carolina University.
Her career background encompasses over 16 years in coaching and 15 years of experience in the marketing management field as well as training/professional development in the academic field.

Mary Ann is an internationally recognized consultant, speaker, executive coach and facilitator, who has been helping clients for over thirty years to clarify their vision, expand their leadership capacity, communicate authentically and access their individual and organizational wisdom to achieve extraordinary results.
Mary Ann’s extensive skill set includes the Harvard Law School’s research and best practices in ‘Negotiation and Difficult Conversations’ and integrates the most cutting edge research and applications from neuroscience. Her passion is to increase the success and well being of organizations by elevating the conversation and tapping the unique resources of leaders and teams to create (organic) organizational momentum.
Ms. Somerville is an expert in the design and facilitation of dynamic interactive learning initiatives which she has used to help Fortune 500 companies throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. Recently she worked as a Co-leader of the Peer Coach Facilitator Team for the C-IQ Conversational Intelligence Certification Program with Judith Glaser.
Mary Ann holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Masters in Theology and a Master Coaching Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute, ICC. She is Certified in Conversational Intelligence, and a member of the Creating We Institute, a thought leadership collective that provides research and education for leaders and executive teams.

Ben has now embarked on his most ambitious project to date and has begun building the infrastructure for what will be Ethicalcoach.org. An organization that will specialize in helping not for profits, charities and social enterprises to become more efficient and effective with the resources they already have through Business and Executive Coaching. The mission for this endeavor is to eventually have 65,000 coaching engagements set up annually with the aim for each to help a minimum of 100 extra people each year as a direct result of the coaching, meaning a total of 6.5 million people will be helped each year.

Glaser has worked in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry most of his professional career including two Fortune 500 companies where he held executive global responsibilities. As an entrepreneur, has served as the COO and Board member of two NASDAQ companies as well as the President of the first of the major Contract Research Organizations servicing the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Glaser earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a MS degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Kansas and an MS in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a BS in Chemistry from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (now The University of Sciences).
Glaser is a founding member of The CreatingWE Institute and the President of Benchmark Communications, Inc., the Institute’s sponsor, where he brings over 30 years of management experience to bear on the growth of The CreatingWE Institute and its Conversational Intelligence Initiatives. In addition to his work with The CreatingWE Institute, he also consults with Biotechnology companies not only in management issues, but in drug development strategies, clinical drug design, and regulatory affairs.
For many years, Glaser has worked closely with a number of oncology researchers at NYU Langone Medical Center assisting in the design of their research protocols to meet the FDA’s stringent requirements for approval to market a pharmaceutical product. Most recently Glaser has been involved in the development of a more accurate diagnostic for breast cancer. The development of effective cancer diagnostics and drugs is a personal goal for Glaser.
