Prior to founding DKC Resources, Dale Kramer Cohen was Chief Marketing Officer of The Leader's Edge, a leadership development company dedicated to advancing executive and emerging women leaders. As a founding partner of Delphi Associates, a 17 years marketing consultancy that "Turned Market Intelligence into Intelligent Marketing." Dale has worked with numerous Fortune 200 clients, including Citibank, Simmons Co., Textron, Cigna, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Xerox, AT&T and Goldman Sachs.

As co-Founder of IvyLife, Dale has grown the largest, active, all-Ivy Professional Networking Community and social media platform for the 1.8 million Ivy League alumni, students and faculty. Next up is SSiNG (Seven Sister Networking Group), founded to provide a private, social network for this community of alumni as well.  Dale is Chairman of PennNYC, the 20,000 members University of Pennsylvania alumni association of NYC, a Trustees Council of Penn Women member, Penn Wharton Startup Challenge Judge and CreatingWE Institute member.
