Donna Riechmann

Executive Coaching, Team & Organization Development

Donna has held executive positions in large corporations as well as being founder and president of her own consulting firm and founder and partner in You Can Lead LLC. Donna was head of Executive Development at GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer Inc. and has held adjunct faculty positions at the Center for Creative Leadership, Duke Fuqua School of Business, and the University of Illinois.

Donna has coached hundreds of executives and designed and implemented leadership development programs and complex change management strategies for many U.S. and global organizations. She completed her dissertation research on leadership in high performing teams and developed the research-based Team Performance Questionnaire and the Polygon Puzzle, which are marketed internationally.

As an executive coach, Donna believes in meeting the client “where he or she is.” Whatever the starting point, Donna is there to lend support, advice, and resources to help the leader be productive, confident, and successful. Donna is co-author of the book You Can Lead: A Practical Guide to Leadership.

Donna holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina.
