In addition to her role as President for The CreatingWE® Institute, María is also a member of the Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches program’s Leadership Team. The Team was initially formed to carry on the delivery of Judith’s Certification for Coaches program immediately after her death. The Team’s efforts in quickly re-designing and leading a highly successful program that maintained and held Judith’s legacy front and center, and received numerous accolades, was an honor for the whole Team.

Since then, the Team continues to be actively involved in acting as mentors to C-IQ coaches, and creating lasting programs and resources for them that support Judith’s ongoing vision for taking Conversational Intelligence® to the world.
