Ute, who has an MA in Coaching and International Business Communication and holds a PCC from the ICF, is passionate about developing people for the international workplace. She has many years of experience working with individuals and teams on various aspects of communication, relationships at work and cultural issues in organizational settings.

As a coach, Ute supports her clients in building on their natural strengths, discovering new perspectives and co-creating solutions through conversations. Her passion, however, is the neuroscience of conversations and Conversational Intelligence®. She is a C-IQ certified coach and had the honor to both learn from and be mentored by Judith E. Glaser. She was selected to be part of the C-IQ leadership team in 2018, and since then, has since then worked with them to certify coaches in Judith’s body of work.
Ute is also a speaker at conferences, as well as a member of the Forbes Coach Council. publishing articles on change initiatives and corporate culture. Before founding her own boutique coaching firm, she worked for multi-national companies across Germany working in project offices, customer documentation departments, and as an internal trainer for multicultural project teams.
