As President of TeamWide Solutions, Rhonda provides leadership development through one-on-one coaching, directional consulting, training, assessments, and facilitating to a diverse client base including CEO’s, business owners, senior-level business managers, PhD’s, MD’s, MBA candidates, and organizational teams. Rhonda’s experience in coaching leaders and developing their teams provides guidance and instruction on ways to grow trust among team members, improve collaboration, and increase productivity.

At all levels, Rhonda’s clients know that they have an objective sounding board and trusted advisor who allows them to freely explore ideas while offering direct and candid feedback. She partners with leaders in launching organizational change initiatives and fine tuning their impact on their management team and other staff members. Current and previous clients value Rhonda’s direct coaching methods and holding the clients accountable in making the desired and necessary changes required for success. Her coaching, facilitating, and training are grounded in the philosophy of Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) by Judith E. Glaser, founder of the Creating WE Institute, which Rhonda is an active member. C-IQ is a way for TWS clients to strengthen their communication, create stronger leaders, and develop more cohesive cultures.

Rhonda earned a Master’s of Science in Executive Coaching (MSEC) from Queens University of Charlotte. She has additional coach training with Coach U, an internationally acclaimed training program for professionals in the coaching field. She also holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC), an advanced coaching designation awarded by the International Coach Federation. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), by the Center for Education and Credentialing. Rhonda is certified in Conversational Intelligence by the CreatingWE Institute, She is trained and certified in a variety of assessments. Rhonda holds a Business Administration Degree from Western Carolina University.

Her career background encompasses over 16 years in coaching and 15 years of experience in the marketing management field as well as training/professional development in the academic field.

Some of the client organizations Rhonda has the pleasure of working with include The Federal Reserve, Wells Fargo, Charlotte Radiology Group, PricewaterhouseCooper, The Clorox Company, American Heart Association, White Knight Engineered Products, Carolina Pad, Met Life, a variety of non-profits, and various other individual clients in the C-suite level and upper management.

Energized by her passion for education and coaching, Rhonda volunteers for the McColl School of Business Leadership Coaching pool, which supports the graduate studies at Queens University in Charlotte. She continues to give back to the community by volunteering with the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, and the Community Culinary School of Charlotte.
