With knowledge and skills spanning across a range of industries including Cause Marketing, Entertainment, Consumer Technology and Gaming, Music, Food and Nutrition, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Health, Wellness and Lifestyle, Luxury Brands, Travel and Aviation, and Sports Marketing … With an understanding of all sides of a campaign from idea creation to analytics, reporting and recalibration through my work with many consumer brands.

With proven expertise in delivering insightful, multi-channel campaign strategies which deliver successful results meeting outlined business objectives and connecting the message to the target audience, delivered on time, but within budget and exceeding expectations. As a Project Director at World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) I use my experience to work with people and companies that inspire humanity, impact lives, make a difference, connect with purpose - and have much fun along the way.

My educational and community background includes studies in Communications at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and at the University of New South Wales as well as actively participating as a Volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Ben is an award winning marketer that specializes in the Business and Executive Coaching industry. He is President of the World Business and Executive Coach Summit, Co-Founder of Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches, Co-Founder of The Coach Master Toolkit and Founder of EthicalCoach.

Ben’s mission is to up-level the coaching industry, creating opportunities for coaches to work with the world’s top thought-leaders by delivering unique learning experiences accessible to the thriving and constantly growing global community. His most recent program, Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches is currently the fast growing methodology in the Coaching Industry that saw nearly 1,000 coaches learn with organizational anthropologist and best-selling author, Judith E. Glaser.

Ben has now embarked on his most ambitious project to date and has begun building the infrastructure for what will be Ethicalcoach.org. An organization that will specialize in helping not for profits, charities and social enterprises to become more efficient and effective with the resources they already have through Business and Executive Coaching. The mission for this endeavor is to eventually have 65,000 coaching engagements set up annually with the aim for each to help a minimum of 100 extra people each year as a direct result of the coaching, meaning a total of 6.5 million people will be helped each year.

Rebecca Hahn, founder of Minding Your Business is committed to guiding leaders and their teams toward systemic change and growth. Her intention is to develop leaders and teams who share a passion to make a difference in their organizations and their lives so they can embody their most powerful and authentic SELF. Most notably clients develop the “it” factor merging razor sharp intuition, illuminated leadership and deep connection with others in a thriving spirit of co-innovation. What sets her apart from others? She has developed programs and a coach approach that truly merges neuroscience, innovation and spirituality garnering sustainable transformation in the face of radical growth and change.

With a Master Degree in Somatic Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy and over three decades of fieldwork, consulting and development in the areas of mindfulness/spirituality, neuroscience, whole brain learning, design thinking strategies, creativity and neuro-innovation her work is truly rooted in a fully embodied approach to transformation. She has been known to uncover patterns in human dynamics that have been plaguing individuals and organizations for years. She coaches and facilitates with the deep understanding that the complex challenges of the 21st Century require a different kind of coaching and facilitation. With her years of study and application in such diverse areas her trainings and coach approach bring a truly holistic and full spectrum approach to coaching and facilitating.

Rebecca has developed and led national trainings in the science of spirituality, yoga and meditation. She is a professor of Human Development a speaker and national consultant. She has developed groundbreaking trainings in the areas of Trust, creativity and innovation and mindfulness. One of her greatest passions is working in the field Education and whole school transformation. Her favorite moments in life are when she is fully present and deeply connected to her clients and teams in the co-creative process.

Mary Ann is an internationally recognized consultant, speaker, executive coach and facilitator, who has been helping clients for over thirty years to clarify their vision, expand their leadership capacity, communicate authentically and access their individual and organizational wisdom to achieve extraordinary results.

Mary Ann’s extensive skill set includes the Harvard Law School’s research and best practices in ‘Negotiation and Difficult Conversations’ and integrates the most cutting edge research and applications from neuroscience. Her passion is to increase the success and well being of organizations by elevating the conversation and tapping the unique resources of leaders and teams to create (organic) organizational momentum.

Ms. Somerville is an expert in the design and facilitation of dynamic interactive learning initiatives which she has used to help Fortune 500 companies throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. Recently she worked as a Co-leader of the Peer Coach Facilitator Team for the C-IQ Conversational Intelligence Certification Program with Judith Glaser.

Mary Ann holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Masters in Theology and a Master Coaching Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute, ICC. She is Certified in Conversational Intelligence, and a member of the Creating We Institute, a thought leadership collective that provides research and education for leaders and executive teams.

Mary Ann lives in Santa Barbara, Ca. where she enjoys the inspiration and beauty of the mountains and the sea.
